Small engine question

Isolated the problem. 2 parts, 1 the tank shut off was siezed partially closed and had crud in there, 2 clogged inline filter not letting enough fuel thru.
So I took the tank shutoff apart seen above, cleaned and freed up and running without filter...for now

Thank you for the help. I coil have made due with the 5/21 but would take twice the time. Forecast says up to 30" in central ma.

Yeah my pick up is full. Filled the machine while it was in the bed and I have 2 2.5 gal cans full. Got the inlaws there now. Wood stove is burning and I brought extra wood in. Wife has a pretty good supper waitin there too I'm told
