The problem we are having is that we wanted to
add a soil buster like gipson to our trees. We have heard that it has great effects for the soil. Could you explain whether this would benefit us or not?

Gypsum is for acidifying, there are some products that are suposed to break up clay. I've heard mixed reveiws on them.

Just mulching around trees will help with the soil over time. I increases the number of macro organisms in the soil and suports the beneficial micro organisms too.
