whats every one do with the splinters that are made from splitting your wood?

I throw it in a cardboard box and stash it away in a dry place (I use the hay mow of my barn). The next winter it makes great kindling.

Usually isnt too much, but that and the bark, gets swept in pile, and in the fall we pull up some chairs, crack some cold ones and watch that pile burn.

I normally fill a few cardboard boxes up and use it for camp fire kindling. Its great to have on hand after a downpour or when you wood is wet from the rain.

same here great kindling. have a plastic tub i put underneath the i-beam and log craddle of my logsplitter, it jus catches the splinters and bark.

I place mine in the "recycling bin" type of containers and let it dry for kindling. Works great.
