Splitter return line pressure?

How much pressure can I expect in the return line? I was out looking at fittings and black iron was only rated at 150lbs. Obviously not good for the pressure side, but what about the return line from the valve, through the filter and back to the tank?

return line is low pressure...maybe 10 to 20 psi...IF that.

My filter base has a bypass at 15 PSI, so you wouldn't be any higher.
It normally is 8 PSI.

Black iron pipe fitting it is then.

Yes black pipe will work fine

Just a barbed fitting and a hose clamp will hold it in place.

Speeco says 20-25 and it may spike for a moment when retracting and it pops off the detent.
