Yes, that leg can snap off and ive had them block the throttle if it floats around in the handle. Regardless...if the high idle arm is missing you really need that

That fuel line looks bad, you should replace it.

Thanks for explaining that i will have to order a new one. I ran it today and it was amazing had a great idle and cut like a knife through butter. But i did hear something like it might have been over idling i dont know how to adjust the carb but i will replace that high idle arm. I did notice that the choke only seems to have full choke and then run. It doesnt respond the same way as my other 066 or the 290.
