Stihl 011AVT Problem

I got a Stihl 011AVT that I cleaned up and put a carb kit in it. It starts and runs good but when its cold you can run it up to about 3/4 throttle then it bogs down. If you get it warmed up good after about 4-5 minutes of revving it up it will eventually rev up to full throttle and run great then. Just wondering if anyone would know why it would do that when its cold?
