stihl 017 carburetor help

I have a stihl 017 that starts great but is getting to much fuel at full throutle there is no high speed needle. Is there a carb that I can install on it that has both needle adjustments? If not how do you lean out the high speed on a fixed carb? Thanks for your time.

Take the carb out on adjust the meter hight.

Fixed jet is usually just regulated by its size and if the carb is running too rich it is likely flooding, probably needs a kit and the metering lever set to the proper height on reassembly.
