Does anyone know where to get aftermarket crank bearings for a 026 ? They are very spendy from stihl. I'm just trying to keep the rebuild cost down. The bearing dealers Ive called all say I have go to stihl to get them.

You can usually just use a generic 16002 for the flywheel side. Use a C3 fit (not EM or "electic motor") and from a major manf (not "no-name" Chinese bearings...). No seals.
The clutch side is propriatory. You have to get it from Stihl.
