I'm working on getting an old 031AV in good running shape. It's got a 20" bar, 3/8 pitch, .050 gauge, 72 DL chain. The drive sprocket is worn, but I'm not sure if it needs replaced or not before I throw a new chain (Stihl RMC3) on it, and I'm not sure how to tell when a sprocket needs replaced. Here is a photo of it:

Does it need replaced, and how do I tell? If it does need replacing, can someone point me to a new replacement one that I can buy? Also, is there anything else in that assembly that I should replace at the same time, like a bearing or ????? Thanks.

I believe Stihl specs the wear depth as 0.5 mm... looks worn to me. If you getting a new chain, get a new sprocket. Actually get two chains and rotate their use. 4:2:1 (four chains, two sprockets, one bar) I've heard before.
