Hello, after replacing many parts on this saw i went to start it and i couldnt due to the starter assembly jamming up. When i pull the rope it comes out about two inches and locks up. It locks up so tight that it feels like the rope is going to snap. Occasionally if i pull the rope several times in a short jerking motion it will release and the pull rope will come out fully. When the rope comes out completely it feels and sounds as though something is jumping or skipping teeth or something inside. Replacing the starter assembly (pull rope and rotor) made no difference. Any ideas? thanks
