Brad about the f cast rings are they cracking during installation or operating?

The air filter mount on this is broken it's a metal stihl # 1122 124 3410 , stihl dealer says it a not a correct part # but it's imprinted on the part , anyone know a newer part # for it ? Or have one ?

I'll look when I get home. Otherwise go under the chainsaw stickies in the beg for manuals thread and get a 066/660 ipl and service manual. That is where I downloaded mine from. Does your saw have the big tank or little tank? If I understand correctly the metal ones go to the little tank which comes on the 064 and older 066. Than there is a black plastic one that goes on the newer ones. Maybe brad will respond to clarify for us both.

It shows part number 1122 120 3402 for the filter base and 1122 141 6300 for the air baffle.

Go to page 48 instead! That way you can get then base for the hd filters. The part number I gave you is for the base.

I guess it all depends on what air filter cover you have or want. I have the plastic one instead of the metal one. So that is the reason I'm going with the one I posted.
