Stihl 192 top handle

The ace hardware near me, where I have Business account, has a "new" Stihl 192 top handle on the shelf. I buy a decent amount of material from them, but never any chainsaws. I want to low-ball them with an offer because this thing has obviously been on the shelf for awhile. Does anyone know when they stopped producing the 192, and what price would be good for someone who only needs it a couple times a month. I have a 461 for the big stuff, just want this for shrubs and trimming, without dropping $600 on a 201....

I’ve just started seeing 193’s in the last year in the upper Midwest. They were available in CA about 2 years ago. They really aren’t much different.
