stihl 193t questions

have used our 193t all season long no major problems. with a sharp chain and clean air filter it pulls the 14" bar thru every type of wood no problem.

jusr recently the saw doesnt want to idle (after making a cut once the trigger is released it stalls)

wondering if its the cold weather?

i am thinking about cutting a bigger hole in muffler

any suggestions/experiences?

I wouldn't go cutting until I tracked down the problem. Check your spark screen if you still have it on your muffler to se if it is clogged. The intake boot has been known to Crack so may want to check that out, could be the fuel filter or fuel line. Or could just need tuned a bit.
