Stihl 4 Mix carburetor settings

I have an HT 131 that got a bent shaft just below the clutch. After repairing the shaft I rebuilt the C1Q-S98C carburetor since it hadn't been used in quite a while and the primer bulb had rotted and cracked. New gaskets, primer bulb and check valve plate, and fresh fuel. I set the screws back to the original settings. It starts, but doesn't accelerate well and totally loses power when cutting, so I began adjusting the screws without success. Now I have forgotten the original screw settings and I can't find them anywhere. I put in a new accelerator pump and adjusted the valves (which were a little loose), so I'd like to start over from ground zero. Does anybody know what the initial settings should be?.
