Stihl MS250 not oiling

I've worked on several 025s and 029s so I may have that little cleanup plug mixed up with the one on the 290-390. It's a little round plug right beside the muffler facing the front. I'm familiar with the duck bill valve vent that's on the side of the oil tank and the fuel tank on the 025 version.
