stihl ts 420 muffler,

I have a stihl 420 i am rebuilding . I ordered a cylinder kit and when I when I tried to mount the muffler the thread holds on the cylinder are to
close together. has any one had this trouble ? the bolts in the muffle will not line up correct

not yet, the holes have no give at all tho eh
i did a ts410 yesterday that would run for a sec then die, and that proved to be a totally blocked muffler

Is there any diff between the 410 and 420 ? the box it came in said 410 ?

just a bigger disc and longer arm i think
