Got an 038 super this week, can't hardly pull the rope even with plug out it doesn't pull freely,, piston and cylinder look good, but when I was taking the starter off, found oil coming out from clutch housing and sprocket, maybe not related, but could crankcase have oil in it making it hard to pull, when I took starter off end of crankshaft had what looked like center punch marks, so I guess in could have a sheard key. Interestered in your thoughts.
