still kombi ks130r carb adjustment

I bought a new still km130r kombi system a week or so ago , how does still adjust the carbs from the factory do they have some special tool ?

Sometime last year the trimmers started coming with tiny socket head H and L mixture screws. I think I saw the drivers for them on ebay, but haven't looked lately.
