Still ts50 lost spark

Tried to fire my old ts50 converted to a chainsaw up a few months ago. She fired a couple times and ripped the recoil out of my hand and that was it. I pulled the flywheel thinking it was a sheared key and no luck there. It has electronic ignition that appears to be similar to an 031 module. Is there anyway to test the module or coil?

Get yourself an "all in one" coil on ebay. I've seen them for under $50.00.
Or buy a nova II ignition module.

Hmmm I will check that out
