I was at Home Depo the other day and saw that they rent out small stump grinder for $80.00 half day and $128.00 full day.
The actual grinding wheel was about 12"-14". How long will it take to grind one stump,I have about 15-20 stumps to do.
The smallest stump is about 4" and the largest stump is about 24"

That would depend on the renter before you and how many rocks the grind.

With the learning curve and the small cheap grinders that usualy rent (and the poor usage/maintinance they are famous for) 2-3 days.

Depending on where you are you should be able to get them all done by a pro in a half day for the cost of 2 days rental.

Call around and get a few estimates.
