doing a super ez rebuild, got her torn down in every way except removing the crank shaft from clutch side of the crank case. I removed the tabs the hold the bearings in place but it does come out and i dont want to break anything. maybe one you guys can tell me the best way to get this done.

Homelites idea of wearing a belt and suspenders. The bearing outer race is a press fit in the housing and the taps w/screw retainer setup.

Once you have the tabs out, hang onto the housing and hammer on the clutch end of the crank.
Run the nut back on the protect the threads. Use a block of hardwood or a brass hammer and smack away on it.

The best way to get it back in is to put the crank w/bearing in the freezer for a spell and expand the bearing bore by warming the case.

Do not be alarmed if the ball bearing feels loose. They have a tad bit more internal clearence for high speed running.

WHERE IN KANSAS???
