Small world, according to the location the splitter is only about 20 miles from me. I would be a bit leery of the "little ol' lady only used it on Sunday after church story". Little Falls is the firewood/wood hauler capital of Minnesota. There are more firewood peddlers running up and down hwy 10 to the twin cities area from Little falls than semi's.
