I am looking at Swinger loaders and I am having a very hard time finding information on the older models. I know they have the 2000 and I think a 200, 100, 160, 240 and there are others I know as well. I like the 2000 but would like to know more about the other models. I am wondering if it is feasible to get one of the older loaders and put an auxiliary hydraulic pump so that I could run a high flow stump grinder attachment. I know that I would need a model with enough hp to run it. Any thoughts?

The loader is equipped with an auxiliary pump. That is what works the loader and steering. What you need is a three spool valve(the first 2 are for loader functions). My Swinger was already equipped. I just added the plumbing.

If you can find a 240 buy it. Its a heavier machine and feels better when you operate it. All though i'm happy with my 2000.
