I have 2 t435 husky both has intake gutted and muffler modded. Always felt the modded muffler still not flowing exhaust as much so went and fabbed a custom muffler. Nothing fancy just a metal tube bent using oxy and weld shut at the end and a small tube welded in middle for outlet.
It woke up alot! It revs so hard, now it bounces of the limiter. Went back and reduced opening size, will put it in some wood to test it out. It sounds like ported saw, i didnt grind anything on the internals
