What is the difference between the t540xp with the twist on gas/oil caps and the t540xp with the twist/snap gas/oil caps? Anything or is it just the caps

I guess the old style caps can be found on the original version T540XP and the newer snap caps on the T540XP model II which has some more small updates/upgrades (more durable AV springs, newer start cord design).

How much more rigid is the anti vibe? anyone have one? Should they be at the dealers now in my area? That is one of the reasons I chose to get one of the last 338xpt instead.
