Are there standard meanings to the color of marking tape/paint. In other words does for example red always mean to be harvested, blue thinned, pink left alone, etc?

ACRT marks everything for the utilities (for bid jobs) around here.
Blue-trim
red-removal
pink- brush clearing boundries (remove small stuff)
