TCW3 Oil, Yes another OIL thread

I know how much everyone loves oil threads and after a search I still need some questions answered.

My question is: Can I use TCW3 oil in a chainsaw? I use synthetic TCW3 oil in my snowmobile, and wonder what the difference is between TCW3 and a JASO FC or ISO EGD oil that my saw calls for?

Second Question: I see a lot of threads about Mobile 2T and how good it is. My local auto zone has about 50 Quarts of this for $7.19 a quart with the date on the bottle of 11-06. I know in a previous thread i read about how long the shelf life is but i don't remember, i think it was 2 or 3 years.
