what a great forum. climbing trees, power tools, and hard work. i'm 30 years old and i think i found my dream job. just got to figure out how to pay the mortgage and feed the family while working from the "ground up"! :hmm3grin2orange:

Welcome from MD. You have the right idea, this is a ground up learning type job. Unfortunatly ground help doens't pay that much. But, some folks are naturals and catch on quick. One of my buddies in high school, several years after school, had been plumbing and got tired of it. He came to work for us and in a couple months was a darned good climber. He just seemed to "understand" every thing he was told and saw. Others don't seem to catch on and are dangerous from the start and never get better. Good luck and always be safe first, Joe.
