Do all farm tractor cabs have rollover protection built into them ?
If not do they offer much safety protection other then keeping you dry and warm ?

Depends on the tractor age. ANSI standards have or sometime required them.
One way to check, determine if it has a factory installed seat belt. Law required a Roll Over Protection Structure aka ROPS.
Some cabs are built around a ROPS, and some have a ROPS built in.
Cabs are very nice to have for cold & snow work, mowing high grasses, protection for branches, provide a debris and great bug shield.
Heaters, fans, air conditioning, radios, windshield wiper/washers, and more can be installed.

A quick answer is no. Not all do. Some of the first cabs were simply a selling point and had no safety feature. If you give me a model and age I can be more specific.
