I think the first one is an ash— from the opposite arrangement of the branches visible in the background. Possibly black ash.
 
The first one looks like walnut leaves, but as twindad says, if the branching is opposite, and it looks like that may be the case, although it is hard to get a clear look, it will be an ash. I don't see much ash here.

The second one could well be persimmon. Here in Georgia, I have not yet learned to tell persimmon and sourwood apart just by the leaves and I have both growing in close proximity. When they fruit/flower, it is obvious, but the leaves are out of reach on them; little ones I want to identify don't bear fruit yet.
