Just posting this here for a friend. It is posted in the Hot Saw section but there isn't much traffic over there. This is a good race for beginners...
[I'm going to be having a race in Union City PA this year on Saturday July 14th at 10 AM. It's my first year at it and as of now depending on sponsor money I'm not sure on payouts will be.

Classes will be as follows, Gas Saws 3,4,5,6 and unlimited. Gas saws must have a chainsaw carb, run on pump gas, and have origional safety equipment on it. No 2 piece heads, no pipes.

If enough response I will have alky classes also as follows Sa 3 cube, Sa 5 cube and Hotsaw.

All classes will be hot start 3 cuts over the block, I'm thinking of a 2 run show add your 2 times together atleast in the gass classes not sure how that would work with the alky saws but I'd like to do 2 runs on them also.

I will also have a crosscut.

Entry will be $5 a class.

Please PM me if interested, Thanks Guys.]

It will be 3 4 5 6 gas and unlimited. Anything goes in the unlimited.

Going to be 8x8 and 10x10 poplar

Best reference for location is Concord ST. and Bridge St. Union City PA It will be in the back corner of the High School Auditorium parking lot.

Don't know the times but thats a smoking fast 4 cube you built.

I had a real good time, thanks to all who came and ran.

im glad it served jody well. now if i could put it thru the wood like jody does i may keep it for fun otherwise back to work it goes.

jody ran the 4 cube that i just re-did. the one that i had in the build off had a piston failure just before the build off and i couldnt get another cylinder done in time for the gtg so i cleaned that old cylinder up and raised all the ports to get rid of the damage and ran it the way it was. the numbers were way out of whack. so when i got time i done another cylinder with my original numbers in it and needless to say its runs well.

Thanks Nate and to All involved,
Had a great time and look forward to the next one. Although i think Ill leave the crosscutting event alone. Later Jody
