No, but I would replace it for climbing and keep rigging loads well under "max".

At least melt the frayed ends to keep them from unravelling more. If that were the only imperfection on the lanyard, I'd still use it. But 2-3 of those or 1 somewhat worse than that and I'd retire it and cut it up.
