used blue loctite on cylinder screws, now can't get out

if everything fails you can go full potato by drilling a tiny hole into center of the bolt and do a heat cycle
when it cools it should shrink further due to loss of mass and it should come out
but its a last resort though
 
I used an impact driver with the Wiha extension I got in the mail today. 1/4" impact wouldn't do it but the 1/2" cordless got them out.
 
what about using a soldering iron to heat the screws?
I tried that first and it didn't do anything. I had it on there for at least 5 minutes but I think because they are in the crankcase it just sinks all the heat out of the screw. Plus the screws are quite long.
