vermont castings vigilant

A buddy that just moved out of state asked me to sell a wood stove for him. It is a 1974 Vermont Castings Vigilant that looks to be in good condition. any idea how much I should ask for it? I want to move it before the good selling time is gone. It looks like it is in good condition, but could use a re-fresh on the paint. what should I ask for it?

I have the same stove and love it.Got it used from craigs list 2 years ago and paid $600.00.Saves me over 500.00 a month on my gas bill!
