Wallenstein logging winch

I am looking at purchasing a used fx80 winch and wanted to know if there are any inherent issues with this particular model, I have heard great things about the fx 65 and fx90 but cannot seem to find anything about the fx80. I ended up selling my fransguard with my kubota and need to set myself up with something before fall. I really liked the fransgard and would buy another if I could find one used.

Go for it if it is in good condition. They all operate pretty much the same & Wallenstein makes a good product. I havn't seen too many in that size, but then again, I have a Farmi JL290 and I havn't seen that size anywhere ( one member in VT has that winch).

I wouldn't be able to log my land without the winch because of the lack of logging roads, and how far back some of the trees are that I drop.
