I decided to muffler mod my 026 today and take before and after videos in a piece of wet red oak. Well something happened to the before video (not the one you want to mess up) but I do feel that the saw does cut a little faster. Thanks to all who discovered and shared the muffler mod. Does the saw sound a little rich?

I am posting the second video anyway as I discovered quite by accident that if the cookie fits nicely between the bumper spike and the chain you have the makings of a cookie rolling contest. I got two to go 50+ feet. Only one rolled in this vid.

I can see this event at the Woodcutter's Convention for the 7 -10 year olds and I am ready for them.

Usually will, but too lean will fry stuff. It's a balancing act. Keep it a bit on the wet side for safety :)

Might stand a touch leaner, but caution is good.
