Working on a Husky 365 project. Plan to use the oe cylinder unless there is a lot better option ie 372 cyl. The tag says 365 sp. I am guessing that is a 365 special? Was going to order the piston today while I was at work. Don't have the saw here to measure the bore. Is there a good bolt on upgrade for this saw? Or should I go back stock?

The 51.4mm 372XPW top end is the biggest factory upgrade for that chassis. The 365SP is no slouch either at 48mm and runs well. I've thinned commercially with a hotrod 365 and it brought home the bacon. You could probably find a good used 50mm 372 jug easily enough and get a new Meteor piston for it if you wanted the cheapest bolt-on power.
