What sort of bar can an 041AV run?

Not going to run a huge bar just interested. 165 psi hot, starts second pull - one on choke one off.
It has an 18" bar on it now which is perfect for me, just wondering what sort of length it could pull? I'll not be changing the 18, I am just one of those idiots who likes to know!

I had a 24" on my BIL's this spring to cut a wild cherry that blew down. It pulled it just fine.

41's with 24" are sweet, would be a slightly slow with 28" .

41's are old-skool TQ and seem to love to grunt.

Glad you have one and like it, there are only millions out there for spare parts, you should have no promise keeping a couple of them in service for a long time.

Glad to hear the replies - it'll probably only pull 18*, but there is a 40" oak which might want to fall over soon. Next time I'm at the dealer I might ask if he has any more - the saw was $50, being an oldie - I could take a few more at the same price...

It has plenty of space to fall (into a lake), and a 400hp RIB to tow it if needed - I think it'll probably fall over this summer when the RIB boys like to prove themselves. 2 x 200hp makes for a hell of a pull...
