my price on the 028 was $300 with a spare 16" and 18" bar. It came with 6 spare chains. Does this seem resonable?

Apart from the one brad listed, here's one dedicated to parts for chainsaws https://www.facebook.com/groups/1454031051522868/?ref=br_rs ... because we all need parts too right? What is this chainsaw sales group you speak of on FB??? Have I missed out on another group of folks who would be willing serve as enablers for my CAD???
Wow, a deeply philosophical response!!! It has many facets....The best place to sell saws for the most money is in the Fall.
Unless it's an 028 Super, that's probably more than it will bring. Does it have a chain brake?my price on the 028 was $300 with a spare 16" and 18" bar. It came with 6 spare chains. Does this seem resonable?

+1 offerup has been really good.In that month try Offer Up or Let Go. It's a free app, no selling fee. I've had good luck buying on Offer Up.
I've never had any trouble selling saws on Craigslist. Be truthful with the description, put up plenty of good photos showing all angles, and price them reasonably.
