Who's looked at the Global Village Construction Set?

Listened to a very interesting program this morning on an open source site of specs for building equipment from saw mills to tractors, called the Global Village Construction Set. The founder has a 30 acre farm in Maysville, MO, I believe. Anybody using plans from this site?
