winch for skid steer

I have takeushi tl 150 with a forestry mulcher, i was thinking about attatching a winch onto the back for pulling me out of wet holes etc, and possibly pulling the odd tree over! Does anyone have any suggestion on what winch and is it a good idea? Thanks
