I'm guessing is some sort of ornamental since its planted between a pear and a pecan. Most likely not native to PA. Fast growing like a cottonwood, Catawba, popular. Could be a white mulberry, But not really, Sycamore but grain doesnt look twisted enough. , I'm out of guesses

this tree grows in most states not sure about the coldest regions. (hint)

On the cut end it looks like tulip poplar, and I have seen wood from that look similar to the split, but usually it is straighter. But looking directly at the side view at the bark...dunno
