Sold WTB -- 036 Pro parts

I have an 036 Pro that was slightly crunched, which I'd like to bring back to life if I can do so economically. Thought I'd check here before I head to eBay. The uncrunched parts of the saw are in pretty decent shape, so I'd want to avoid extremely worn, dull, scratched or yellowed parts. Here's what I need:

• Gas tank (just the main part; all the bits that attach to it are fine.
• Front handle w/screws
• Top cover
• Brake lever/hand guard with screw
  
• Clutch cover
• Air filter

I've found a source for everything but the top cover.
