I think it was PP445. Very impressive saw.
Quick inspection. Those bolts were hot. who would have thought. Duh.
Said it didn't take him long to inspect them.

If that is Mark's 5400, it's a Poulan. converter for sure. The guy who built it, might had known sumfin about sawrs. The man with it now certainly does.
Pretty sure the one in the pic is Modified Mark's 5200 unless it's a 5400 with a 5200 top cover on it. Mark H did end up buying a nice 5400.
The 85 cc versions are a "put a smile on your face saws".
The 5200 is a little lighter than the other two I think. Likely because of the larger fuel tank on the 5400 and the 8500.

When I seen the pic of these NOS poulan pro clutch covers I said to myself. These are going to be the metal ones. I had only seen the front side not the back. But if you look at the difference of the bar stud area you can see the difference in these and the plastic normal covers we see.

I would like those twice if it would let me. You do not see NOS clutch covers for the that series very often. Nice find.
One might be looking good on your 505. Heck I got 4 metal ones now. I could spare 1 NOS one for you nice saws I think.
Threw a file into the chain and made some cuts after work. Nice day. Dare I say, spring-like.
Chris came by yesterday and we got to run this... Nice saw. 
I had to cut some wood today since it was so nice out. I ran the snot out of this one. Like useall it performed great. 
I did get a chance last week to go pick up those 5 saws. No Poulans and only one or two might get fixed by me, the others for trade. One that might get fixed I found to be 130cc...

Yes. I had one before, there not that strong for there displacement but this one is in a not so common saw to find it in.
Was nice today, the weather report shows it getting near 80 this week.

I have one in a Blackburn sales company out of Joplin mo, it's neat
Looks like you changed the sprocket nose on that bar. Was it .323 and changed over to 3/8ths.
Roger, I honestly don't remember. It might have been like that when I got it. As you can see its marked A095 mount, I wish they still made that mount.
