well the guy i bought it from did say the saw 'took a fall"--lol

i sort of expected the plastics to be busted-- -- sort of sad about the fuel tank though--lol

I know you posted this as a joke, but I would be a little more clear in your thread that UPS didnt damage the saw... Otherwise, looks like a fun project!

if he had left it out of the box but not dropped off the bucket truck-- it would have been much better-- lol

i think tanks go for around $70 and change-- i might just pick up a toasted 590 and rob all the plastics--but i'll probably just buy the stuff from saws again i think he carries all that plastic stuff for 590s -620s . oem is like that cover girl commercial-- " expensive but worth it"--lol

too bad i can't just order one from hudzl-- ECHO is a OEM deal on the 620s---

to be clear-- this is a parts saw-- i knew it took a fall-- off the bucket -- probably when it was fully extended and landed between a rock and a hard place--

but yea-- it does look like the UPS semi backed over it--lol

Looks like the forklift driver ran over it after it fell off his pallet.

Years ago I received a box of parts that was shipped to me and there was this nice rectangular hole in the side that matched the dimensions of a forklift fork. UPS tried to say that improper packaging was the cause of the damage. I asked them for their packaging specification guidelines. Instead of getting that, I got a check for the damaged parts.

this saw came in a new ms361 box-- the box was quite good.

one time long ago UPS brought me a computer monitor COD -- i said he now i never ordered any monitor COD!?-- he said ooppss! and smack it went on the concrete --- lol
