2171 VS. 575xp

i was wondering what your thoughts were on the 575xp.....i run a 2171 felling 18"-40" hard woods and it has no problem pushing the twenty four inch bar right through them.....then i grabbed my partners 575xp and tried the same felling technique (saw was very sharp as was mine) and it just didn't seem to have the balls my 2171 did? was just looking on some input on these two saws and was just wondering if i am hallucinating about my saw cutting faster

the 575 should run a tad better, it just depends on the saw.

Myself I would go for the 2171, not a big fan of the new strato saws. Modded 2171 of course.

Looking at only the video I would say the 575 has a higher rpm at open throttle, and a little more torque.

If you time it the jonsered took 36 seconds for the 3 cuts and the husky took 30 seconds for the same
