Like I said on paper, but in the wood it ain't much. .....

What happens in wood will of course depend on a lot of factors (including the chain sharpness that you mentioned) - but if you and the conditions allow it, the differece should rather be larger than smaller in wood than on paper.
 
For instance, 14% more power doesn't mean 14% faster cut - it can mean 20-30% faster cutting.... Too many different factors to determine that and too many hairs to split. It all comes down to what you want.
 
Well i sir i had a ported 365 and it really woke up I let my FIL run it and it didnt come home he bought it.You can put a 372 top end on the 365 and have a real sleeper saw go a step farther and port it and you wont use the 385 much at all.:msp_thumbup:
