And the sad thing is your store would take it back...
No, actually we wouldn't. We'd have fun laughing about it though.

Wholesome growl...Thats a good one..I actually laughed a little, seriously.
Kioritz Corp. is actually based in Japan, and as we all know, The Japanese are on the Cutting edge of pretty much every field they decide to delve into. Small Air cooled 2 strokes included.
Echo was originally called "Kioritz Corp. of America" and was later renamed "ECHO". They were initially an importer of the High Performance 2 strokes made by Kioritz corp. of Japan. Echo Equipment is Manufactured in Lake Zurich, Ill. Echo is still a subsidiary of Kioritz Corp. of Japan.
Automotive, firearm, knife, and watch forums wish their brand-wars were as heated as these. Anti-sign avatars for *least favorite* manufacturers? Classic!
So Stihl is obviously the H.K. of the chainsaw world, but which make is analagous to GLOCK and G-Shock?
I really like Glock, for the ergonomics, so it has to be Husky!
Well, I went and picked it up... I finally decided (with all you guys help) on the MS 361, ES Bar, RSC chain, and he threw in a free hard case. ... I can't wait ta get er in the woods!!!
Ain't she a beaut... Thanks to all on here for the great advice! I'm hooked!
I remember the first time I used mine. I was cutting up a 30" shagbark hickory. Was using my old craftsman at the time and it would take 10 to 15 minutes for each round. Told my wife I had enough of this crap and went and bought a 361. Took about 30 seconds for each round.

I'm assuming the 361 can use both .050" and .063 gauge chains? As in the 33 or 36 series?
I was Going to Say Simplicity, but it's the same as A Ferris...just different engine options.
I think a Simplicity Cobalt is about as much fun as you can have on a Z for under 10K, and have professional results and a machine that will last.
20,000 what? bread crumbs? I can finance that...
USD ............. sale price $ 17,749
Im a little surprised, seeing as Briggs owns Ferris/Simplicity, that They would put the Cat Diesel in the Biggest Z they offer, instead of the Vanguard Diesel.
The IS-5100 is a Hoss though, Considering it is 8K more expensive than a Cobalt, has much more power, a 72" optional deck, Diesel engine, 2mph ground speed, Id expect it to really topple the 5.1 acres per hour capability the Cobalt has..
Ultra, Im assuming you are a Ferris Dealer. Are you having trouble with the Front wheels being deleivered without any grease in them? WE had a Simp come back a day after it was sold, both frotn wheels were barely rolling..Tapered bearings on one side of both wheels were toast. Of course we put grease in al lthe fittings for sales prep, and sure enough when I pulled the wheels off the casters and knocked out the seals and the little metal bung things the bearings ride on, one bearing was covered in grease, it was the one nearest the grease fitting, and the other bearing was clean and dry...identical on both wheels. New bearings, hand packed all the bearings, put it together and good as new...just looks kinda bad with that happening to a new mower.
