I tried the Yellow Jacket, liked its hand, but the slickness would not wear out and I toasted a pair of boots trying to footlock on them, tried it for a week or so. Even went without the friction saver towards the end.
The hank of safety blue that was exchanged worked well form the getgo.
HiVee is still my all around favorite, then XTC green&white...I like the feel of NE Fly. Tom D. was climbing on it, though the splice looks funky and is covered with black heatshrink so you cannot examine it.
