Creosote build up on chimney cap help

Once a year I brush the chimney. I have a damper on the stove pipe and two temperature gages to control what heat goes up the chimney and one to control the heat in the stove I don’t waste wood but get good heat.

I clean the cap once a month burning softwoods, every other month otherwise. I have a ladder permanently mounted on the roof to access the chimney and cap for cleaning.
